Marriage
Marriage should be held in honor among all, and the marriage bed should be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous. According to Proverbs 18:22, marriage involves a biological man and a biological female. The union of marriage is created by God and respected by the church.
God does not impose marriage on men, but it is a decision. However, committing sexual immorality is forbidden. God expects all mankind to live a sinless life, which is accomplished by obeying God’s word and establishing a personal connection with Jesus Christ.
According to the Bible, marriage is between a biological male and a biological female. Same-sex marriage is forbidden by God, as is any other union outside of God’s allowance for marriage. In Genesis 2:24, we learn that a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh (Gen. 2:24). Matthew 19:4-6 says, He answered, “Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So they are no longer two but one flesh. Whatever God has joined together, let not man separate.”
While God does not forbid us from marrying, he does urge us to be cautious and not associate with nonbelievers. Even still, choosing a life partner is a significant decision since God does not allow divorce. Making the incorrect selection regarding who to marry may be harmful to your life and beliefs. Even while God allows separation, the spouses are bound by the bond of marriage before Him, and marrying anybody else is against God. As a result, we provide godly guidance to assist you in making this decision. Even if you are married, you must seek godly guidance to understand how to overcome any obstacles to marital harmony.
