For over 70 years, we have preached the word of God to believers and served our community. Our mission remains to build up the church with God's word and to win souls for Jesus Christ.
Pastor James Allen Dunlap is the senior pastor of God’s church in Anderson. Over the years since his takeover, the church has enjoined meaningful servant leadership and Biblical teaching.
While still pursuing the vision of building believers and winning souls, he displays a deep desire for individual growth and evangelism. His desires will see him touch the lives of many in a very special way. Pastor James has demonstrated his commitment to reaching his community and nearby cities with the gospel of Jesus Christ by making direct investments in evangelism, new service dates and structures, and social media engagements. However, his love for the word of God and deep conviction to preach only the truth regardless of offenses are his greatest assets, since this passion for Christ has seen a new area in the church’s growth and a fresh fire of God’s presence. Today, the church is still preaching the true gospel, empowering its community, and loving one another.
